Cylinder Head

A vendor needed a race car cylinder head scanned and the
cad surfaces regenerated to machine a spare. We made casts of the intake and exhaust ports, scanned them, then generated cad surfacing. Then we generated scan data for the cylinder head and cad surfacing. Aligned the ports up in the model and subtracted the data to get the complete surface.

Replica Guitar

A vendor needed a replica guitar scanned and surfaces generated. The slot for the neck was also incorrect so we generated cad data to reflect this error and supplied an assembly file ready to machine.

Weldment

A vendor needed a replacement weldment and no drawing was available. So we scanned a quadrant of the component generated a CAD model in Rapidform and exported the data to Solidworks, and generated a weldment drawing.
