We are a canadian service located in Vancover BC Canada and are a provider of 3D laser and white light scanning for what ever you need, whether its reverse engineering an old part, generating a CAD model of a hand built part, or inspecting a part and comparing it to a CAD model it doesn't really matter we can help.
Our focus is to provide all your services in house and that is why we have invested in scanners and high end software. We use 3D3solutions white light scanners, Creaform RevScan Scanners, and soon Faro Focus 3D scanners for long range services. We also have inhouse Geomagic Wrap , and the best scan to CAD software Rapidform XOR3 .
With these tools and our knowledge of CATIA and SolidWorks we can get you the file you need and in the format you can use the first time!

With our new Fortus FDM machine arriving in November 2011 we will be able to make functional rapid prototypes with the most robust materials available. Our ABS and Polycarbonate materials can make your Concept models, functional prototypes, end use parts and even manufacturing tools faster and more affordable than traditional method.
With our new portable 12ft FARO Platinum CMM Arm we can rapidly verify your large part with 0.061mm accuracy over a 12ft diameter. The FARO systems are used by Porsche, BMW, GM and Airbus! With Traditional tools this would be impossible but not anymore! The arm is portable so onsite measurement is available.
With the use of the Faro Focus 3D we can scan parts, buildings, or terrestrial items up to 120M away. This is useful for building construction, reverse engineering, excavation volumes, facades, repair and overhaul of large marine vessels, and industrial buildings.
With our laser inspection service we can scan and then compare the data to CAD models. The data then yeilds color deviation maps of thousands of points, firstarticle inspection reports can also be produces.
With the use of Rapidform XOR3 we can use 3D Scan data and generate surfaces of the as built model or reverse engineer item with solids and even parametric models for Solidworks and Catia V5.
